The governance model has been signed off and approved. It will be rolled out across delivery groups by April 2026.

The assurances that support the model are in review and will be signed off separately.

The governance model defines how a delivery group will prioritise and deliver work. Delivery group leads should use these frameworks as needed.

The model and assurances should be used to:

• deliver services in an outcome-focused and agile way
• operate with clarity and consistency
• work in the open
